Martin Bayless (Martin Ashley Bayless) was born on October 11, 1962 in Dayton, Ohio. After going to high school at Belmont (Dayton, OH), Bayless attended Bowling Green State University. Bayless made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the San Diego Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, Buffalo Bills, Washington Redskins and St. Louis Cardinals over the course of his 13 year career.
Most people believe that 1994 was Martin Bayless's best year, as he picked off 3 passes and ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
