Marion Ashmore (Marion Charles Ashmore) was born on July 9, 1899 in , IL. After going to high school at J.M. Weatherwax (Aberdeen, WA), Ashmore attended Gonzaga University. Ashmore made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Milwaukee Badgers. He played for the Green Bay Packers, Duluth Eskimos and Milwaukee Badgers over the course of his 4 year career.
