Malcolm Kelly is a wide receiver with the Washington Redskins.

Kelly went to Longview High School, in Longview, Texas. As a senior he caught 29 passes for 638 yards and 9 touchdowns. He had even more yards as a junior, catching 27 passes for 826 yards and 6 touchdowns. Kelly was named first team all-state after both his junior and senior seasons. [edit] College
Malcolm Kelly became an impact player in college right away in 2005 as a true freshman. He played in 11 games, and started six of them. Kelly led Oklahoma in both receptions and yards. He became only the fourth freshman in Oklahoma history to lead the team in receiving. This was the first time that anyone had done so since 1975. He was named honorable mention All-Big 12 by the coaches. He was also named to the All-Big 12 freshman team. Kelly ranks number four at Oklahoma for receiving yards as a freshman, and number five at Oklahoma for receptions as a freshman.
During the 2006 season, Kelly had 62 receptions for 993 yards and 10 touchdowns. All of those stats led the team. He played in 14 games, starting 13 of them. It was in the season in which Kelly became the fastest player in Oklahoma history to reach 1000 career receiving yards. Kelly's 993 yards this season is the second most in a season in Oklahoma history.
In the 2007 season, heading into the bowl game, Kelly has 49 receptions for 821 yards, and nine touchdowns.
[edit] Scouting Report
Malcolm Kelly has the great size that NFL scouts look for in a receiver at 6-4. He also has great speed. That combination will leave scouts salivating. You will also rarely see Kelly drop a ball. He has very steady hands, and you can see many highlights of him in college making one handed or very difficult catches.
Some of the seniors in his class may be better all around players, but no one has his pure athletic ability and body. He reminds some of Calvin Johnson.
Kelly was selected by the Washington Redskins with the 20th pick of the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft. Like many of the top-rated wide receivers, he fell precipitously on draft day, as not a single wide receiver was picked in the first round.
