Mac Sauls (Kirby M. Sauls) was born on August 15, 1945 in Long Beach, California. After going to high school at San Antonio (TX), Sauls attended Southwest Texas State University. Sauls made his professional debut in the NFL in 1968 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 2 year career.
