Lucius Sanford (Lucius M. Sanford) was born on February 14, 1956 in Milledgeville, Georgia. After going to high school at West Fulton (Atlanta, GA), Sanford attended Georgia Institure of Technology. Sanford made his professional debut in the NFL in 1978 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1984 was Lucius Sanford's best year, as he ran back a fumble for a touchdown.
