About the Submitter

False Prophet
Born and Raised in Murderapolis.

Develop action, thought, and desires by proliferation, juxtaposition, and disjunction, and not by subdivision and pyramidal hierarchization...

Do not demand of politics that it restore the "rights" of the individual, as philosophy has defined them. The individual is the product of power. What is needed is to "de-individualize" by means of multiplication and displacement, diverse combinations. The group must not be the organic bond uniting hierarchized individuals, but a constant generator of de-individualization....

Do not become enamored of power. - Michele Foucault; preface, Anti-Oedipus

Are they trying to make the pads even smaller?

I don't know about smaller but there was some things said that some goalies use loopholes to gain an advantage. There were no specifics given but that was said by Sabres goalie Ryan Miller who is on the panel talking about changes.

At least the players are getting involved in these changes and not just a bunch of suits.

Personally, I think this is BS. Why don't they make rules about all the players size specific. Limit the stick size for smaller players then. Every goalie in the league should be allowed to use the same size pads. It is an unfair advantage for a bigger goalie to have his pads take up more space in front of the net than a smaller goalie. This will make it even more difficult for smaller goalies.
