Leon Dombrowski (Leon Raymond Dombrowski) was born on April 9, 1938 in Wilmington, Delaware. After going to high school at Salesianum (Wilmington, DE), Dombrowski attended the University of Delaware. Dombrowski made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the New York Titans. He played for the New York Titans for his entire 1 year career.
