Leon Bright (Leon Bright, Jr.) was born on May 19, 1955 in Starke, Florida. After going to high school at Merritt Island (FL), Bright attended Florida State University. Bright made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1981 was Leon Bright's best year, as he had 410 punt return yards and had 481 kick return yards.
