Len Dugan (Leonard Mack Dugan) was born on February 19, 1910. After going to high school at McCracken (KS), Dugan attended Wichita State University. Dugan made his professional debut in the NFL in 1936 with the New York Giants. He played for the Chicago Cardinals, Pittsburgh Pirates and New York Giants over the course of his 4 year career.
