Lee Tinsley (Lee Owen Tinsley) was born on March 4, 1969 in Shelbyville, Kentucky. He made his Major League debut on April 6, 1993 for the Seattle Mariners. In 1994, his rookie year, he hit .222 with 2 home runs and 14 RBI. Tinsley played for the Seattle Mariners, Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia Phillies over the course of his 5 year career.

Most people believe that Lee Tinsley's best season was 1995, when he hit for a .284 average.
