Ladue Lurth (Charles Andrew LaDue Lurth) was born on February 23, 1905 in LeSueur County, Minnesota. After going to high school at St. Peter (MN), Lurth attended Gustavus Adolphus College. Lurth made his professional debut in the NFL in 1929 with the Minneapolis Red Jackets. He played for the Minneapolis Red Jackets for his entire 1 year career.
