Born on January 28, 1971 in Panama City, Florida, Kevin Tolar (Kevin Anthony Tolar) played for the Detroit Tigers and Boston Red Sox over the course of his 3 year career. Tolar broke into the bigs on September 11, 2000 with the Detroit Tigers.
