Julio Cortes (Julio Ceasar Cortes) was born on August 13, 1962 in New York, New York. After going to high school at Christopher Columbus (Miami, FL), Cortes attended the University of Miami. Cortes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Seattle Seahawks. He played for the Seattle Seahawks for his entire 1 year career.
