Johnny Vardian (John Joseph Vardian) was born on September 25, 1921 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Catholic (Johnstown, PA), Vardian attended none. Vardian made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Miami Seahawks. He played for the Baltimore Colts and Miami Seahawks over the course of his 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1947 was Johnny Vardian's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
