John Mistler (John Andrew Mistler) was born on October 28, 1958 in Columbia, Missouri. After going to high school at Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ), Mistler attended Arizona State University. Mistler made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants for his entire 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1983 was John Mistler's best year, as he hauled in 45 receptions.
