John Choma (John Gregory Choma) was born on February 9, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio. After going to high school at Normandy (Parma, OH), Choma attended the University of Virginia. Choma made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 3 year career.
