Joey Browner (Joey Matthew Browner) was born on May 15, 1960 in Warren, Ohio. After going to high school at Reserve (Warren, OH) and Southwest (Atlanta, GA), Browner attended the University of Southern California. Browner made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Minnesota Vikings. He played for the Minnesota Vikings and Tampa Bay Buccaneers over the course of his 10 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was Joey Browner's best year, as he picked off 7 passes and ran back an interception for a touchdown.
