Joe Frank (Joseph C. Frank) was born on July 14, 1915 in Bronx, New York. Frank attended Georgetown University. Frank made his professional debut in the NFL in 1941 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia/Pittsburgh over the course of his 3 year career.
