Born on June 12, 1946 in Los Angeles, California, Jim Strickland (James Michael Strickland) played for the Minnesota Twins and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 4 year career. Strickland broke into the bigs on May 19, 1971 with the Minnesota Twins.
