Jim Stiger (James Edward Stiger) was born on January 7, 1941 in Carthio, Texas. After going to high school at Corcoran (CA), Stiger attended Bakersfield JC and the University of Washington. Stiger made his professional debut in the NFL in 1963 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1963 was Jim Stiger's best year, as he had 432 kick return yards.
