Jim Sheldon (James Hurlon Sheldon) was born on January 9, 1901 in Oneonta, New York. After going to high school at Auburn (NY) and Williston Acad.(EasthamptonMA), Sheldon attended Brown University. Sheldon made his professional debut in the NFL in 1926 with the Brooklyn Lions. He played for the Brooklyn Lions for his entire 1 year career.
