Jim Jeffcoat (James Wilson Jeffcoat, Jr.) was born on April 1, 1961 in Long Branch, New Jersey. After going to high school at Matawan (NJ), Jeffcoat attended Arizona State University. Jeffcoat made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys and Buffalo Bills over the course of his 15 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Jim Jeffcoat's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown and recorded 12 sacks.
