Jim Fritzsche (James Brian Fritzsche) was born on October 11, 1960 in Parma, Ohio. After going to high school at Valley Forge (Parma, OH), Fritzsche attended Purdue University. Fritzsche made his professional debut in the NFL in [[1982 NFL] with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 3 year career. His most productive year was 1983 as he played tackle, guard, short-yardage tight end and special teams. He was one of the league's tallest at 6'-8".
