Jim Curry (James L. Curry) was born on March 10, 1886 in Camden, New Jersey. He made his Major League debut on October 2, 1909 for the Philadelphia Athletics. Curry played for the Philadelphia Athletics, New York Highlanders and Detroit Tigers over the course of his 3 year career.
