Jim Collins (James Brian Collins) was born on June 11, 1958 in Orange, New Jersey. After going to high school at Mendham (NJ), Collins attended Syracuse University. Collins made his professional debut in the NFL in 1981 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams and San Diego Chargers over the course of his 8 year career.
Most people believe that 1985 was Jim Collins's best year.
