Jim Colclough (James Michael Colclough) was born on March 31, 1936 in Medford, Massachusetts. After going to high school at Quincy (MA), Colclough attended Boston College. Colclough made his professional debut in the AFL in 1960 with the Boston Patriots. He played for the Boston Patriots for his entire 9 year career.
Most people believe that 1962 was Jim Colclough's best year, as he hauled in 40 receptions, had 868 receiving yards and caught 10 TD passes.
