Jim Cagle (Cagle. James Colquitt) was born on January 15, 1952 in Jacksonville, Florida. After going to high school at Marietta (GA), Cagle attended the University of Georgia. Cagle made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
