Jim Brutz (James Charles Brutz) was born on February 12, 1919 in Niles, Ohio. Brutz attended the University of Notre Dame. Brutz made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the Chicago Rockets. He played for the Chicago Rockets for his entire 2 year career.
