Jerome King (Jerome Manual King) was born on January 4, 1955 in Jersey City, New Jersey. After going to high school at Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ), King attended Purdue University. King made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the New York Giants and Atlanta Falcons over the course of his 2 year career.
