Jeff Lyman (Jeffrey Borden Lyman) was born on August 21, 1950 in Salt Lake City, Utah. After going to high school at Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT), Lyman attended Brigham Young University. Lyman made his professional debut in the NFL in 1972 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
