Jeff Herrod (Jeff Sylvester Herrod) was born on July 29, 1966 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at Banks (Birmingham, AL), Herrod attended the University of Mississippi. Herrod made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 11 year career.
Most people believe that 1990 was Jeff Herrod's best year.
