Jason Taylor (Jason Paul Taylor) was born on September 1, 1974 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Woodland Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), Taylor attended the University of Akron. Taylor made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the Miami Dolphins. He has played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 10 year career.
He made his NFL debut in season-opener against Indianapolis (8/31/97) when he started at right defensive end
Most people believe that 2002 was Jason Taylor's best year, as he recorded 18.5 sacks.
