James Mcdonald (James McDonald) was born on March 29, 1961 in Long Beach, California. After going to high school at Polytechnic (Long Beach, CA), Mcdonald attended the University of Southern California. Mcdonald made his professional debut in the NFL in 1983 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Los Angeles Rams for his entire 4 year career.

Most people believe that 1987 was James Mcdonald's best year.
