Jack Stanton (John Edward Stanton) was born on June 7, 1938 in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Scott Township (North Braddock, PA), Stanton attended North Carolina State University. Stanton made his professional debut in the NFL in 1961 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
