Jack Sack (Jacob Bernard born Sacklowsky) was born on February 22, 1902 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Fifth Avenue (Pittsburgh, PA), Sack attended the University of Pittsburgh. Sack made his professional debut in the NFL in 1923 with the Columbus Tigers. He played in the NFL for 1 year, playing for the Columbus Tigers the entire time. Sack also played in the AFLG for 1 year, playing for the Cleveland Panthers the entire time.
