Jack Pyburn (Jack Harris Pyburn) was born on December 28, 1944 in Shreveport, Louisiana. After going to high school at Byrd (Shreveport, LA), Pyburn attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Pyburn made his professional debut in the AFL in 1967 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins for his entire 2 year career.
