Jack Maczuzak (John A. Maczuzak) was born on April 4, 1941. After going to high school at Ellsworth (PA), Maczuzak attended the University of Pittsburgh. Maczuzak made his professional debut in the AFL in 1964 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs for his entire 1 year career.
