Jack Lelivelt (John Frank Lelivelt) was born on November 14, 1885 in Chicago, Illinois. He made his Major League debut on June 24, 1909 for the Washington Senators. In 1909, his rookie year, he hit .292 with 0 home runs and 24 RBI. Lelivelt played for the Washington Senators, New York Highlanders, New York Yankees and Cleveland Naps over the course of his 6 year career.
