Jack Lapp (John Walker Lapp) was born on September 10, 1884 in Frazer, Pennsylvania. He made his Major League debut on September 11, 1908 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1910, his rookie year, he hit .234 with 0 home runs and 17 RBI. Lapp played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 9 year career.
