Jack Jacobson (Jack Cliston Jacobson) was born on June 23, 1941 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Ardmore (OK), Jacobson attended Oklahoma State University. Jacobson made his professional debut in the AFL in 1965 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 1 year career.
