Jack Frantz (John Edward Frantz) was born on July 1, 1945 in Kokomo, Indiana. After going to high school at Nevada Union (Nevada City, NV), Frantz attended Univeristy of California. Frantz made his professional debut in the AFL in 1968 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
