Jack Baldwin (John David Baldwin) was born on July 31, 1921 in Clyde, Texas. After going to high school at Gladewater (TX), Baldwin attended Centenary College of Louisiana. Baldwin made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1946 with the New York Yankees. He played for the Buffalo Bills, San Francisco 49ers and New York Yankees over the course of his 3 year career.
