Hoot Drury (Lyle Thomas Drury) was born on February 18, 1906. After going to high school at Moscow (ID), Drury attended Saint Louis University. Drury made his professional debut in the NFL in 1930 with the Chicago Bears. He played for the Chicago Bears for his entire 2 year career.
