Homer Griffith (Homer Oliver Griffith, Jr.) was born on July 24, 1912 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA), Griffith attended the University of Southern California. Griffith made his professional debut in the NFL in 1934 with the Chicago Cardinals. He played for the Chicago Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
