Herb St. John (Herbert LeGrande St. John) was born on January 17, 1926 in Perry, Florida. St. John attended the University of Georgia. St. John made his professional debut in the AAFC in 1948 with the Brooklyn Dodgers. He played for the Chicago Hornets and Brooklyn Dodgers over the course of his 2 year career.
