Harry Bliss (Harold W. Bliss) in , OH. After going to high school at Butler (PA), Bliss attended Ohio State University. Bliss made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Columbus Panhandles. He played for the Columbus Panhandles for his entire 1 year career.
