Harold Baines (Harold Douglas Baines) was born on March 15, 1959 in Easton, Maryland. He made his Major League debut on April 10, 1980 for the Chicago White Sox. In 1980, his rookie year, he hit .255 with 13 home runs and 49 RBI. Baines played for the Chicago White Sox, Texas Rangers, Oakland Athletics, Baltimore Orioles and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 22 year career.

Most people believe that Harold Baines's best season was 1982, when he slugged 25 home runs and knocked in 105 runs.
