Hank Bruder (Henry George Bruder, Jr.) was born on November 22, 1907 in Pekin, Illinois. After going to high school at Pekin (IL), Bruder attended Northwestern University. Bruder made his professional debut in the NFL in 1931 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers and Pittsburgh Steelers over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1932 was Hank Bruder's best year.
