Hal Peck (Harold Arthur Peck) was born on April 20, 1917 in Big Bend, Wisconsin. He made his Major League debut on May 13, 1943 for the Philadelphia Athletics. In 1945, his rookie year, he hit .276 with 5 home runs and 39 RBI. Peck played for the Philadelphia Athletics and Cleveland Indians over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that Hal Peck's best season was 1945, when he hit for a .276 average.
