Hal Bevan (Harold Joseph Bevan) was born on November 15, 1930 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He made his Major League debut on April 24, 1952 for the Philadelphia Athletics. Bevan played for the Philadelphia Athletics, Boston Red Sox and Kansas City Athletics over the course of his 2 year career.
